I’ve been making things since I could hold a paintbrush—starting with art lessons at age five and eventually landing in art school. I began in fine art and illustration, but halfway through, I switched majors and discovered motion graphics, 3D animation, and editing. That shift opened up a more dimensional way of telling stories—bringing ideas to life beyond a single frame. Over the past decade in advertising, I’ve learned how to lead big projects and even bigger personalities. Creative direction turned out to be my sweet spot: shaping the work, guiding the process, and mentoring teams as we figure it out together.

I’ve led campaigns for Google, YouTube, Meta, Stripe, Amazon, and Tripadvisor. I love briefs that are a little messy and teams that care enough to push for better. My experience spans brand launches, performance campaigns, content systems, and motion-forward creative that has to scale while staying unexpected and fresh. I’ve led long-term retainer work on major accounts, led new business wins, and built creative systems that empowers my team to thrive.

The path to creative leadership wasn’t always clear. I came up in fast-paced environments where urgency often took priority over support, and it took time (plus therapy, coaching, and a late ADHD discovery) to define my own way of leading.

Now, I focus just as much on how the work gets made as the work itself. I care about clarity, momentum, and high standards—but also about building trust, encouraging curiosity, and creating space for people to grow. The goal is always to make the process feel energizing, not exhausting.

Whether I’m leading a pitch, mentoring a junior creative, or figuring out what a deck needs to sing (sometimes literally), I’m all in. I’m here to make the work better and the team stronger.
